Shipping coasts depends of the delivery address

You will usually receive your shipment within 1-3 days after receiving your order confirmation with our shipping partner Swiss Post. For individual jewelry collections, the delivery period takes about 3-15 days. For specially made products the delivery time can take between 1-4 weeks. Gringa Studio will do the best to meet this delivery deadline. If there are any delays in delivery, we will inform you immediately. If the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and immediately refund any consideration already received.

Shipment Tracking

After your order has left our Studio in (Lugano-Switzerland), it can be tracked using the Swiss Post Track & Trace. Shipping is delivered to addresses in Switzerland.

Gringa Studio generally processes orders inside Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and some EU countries.

What should I do if an item is missing or damaged upon delivery?

At Gringa Studio all products are checked strictly and with care before the order is shipped. Quality is very important for us. However, if a product is missing or defective, we ask you to contact us. To do this, write an email to contato@gringa.studio

 

Return & Exchange

Please note our conditions for returns and exchanges.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. To be on the safe side, the ordered goods can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. Any shipping costs incurred are to be borne by yourself. The returned goods must be in new, original condition and must not show any signs of wear. Please be careful not to remove attached labels and not to soil the products. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with a label in order to offer the best possible protection for the return.

As soon as your return has arrived and been checked, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of the return. We will refund you within a few days.
